When I started training with Nishan I didn’t need to lose much weight but did need to tone up and increase my fitness and strength ready for next skiing holiday. Within 3 months of training my body shape had changed, my body fat had dropped and I was fitter than ever when I hit the slopes! Five years on and I still train twice a week as I don’t want to lose what I have gained. My body is now stronger than ever and I have since taken on new challenges including a 75 mile off road bike ride last year. The studio is clean and well equipped and Nishan and Rash are very knowledgeable and approachable in all aspects of health, diet and fitness. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!
I have been training here for six years now. I started with Power Plate but have moved on to weight training and I love it. Nishan and Rashmi (a married team) are amazing. They are encouraging and it is never boring. They certainly know their stuff. We also get involved in nutrition, measuring, weight managements and are always picking up tips on food and exercise. There is a good group of people who we have got to know and we have our Xmas party yearly. I really could not imagine life without this fabulous gym.
My wife and I have been training here since it opened several years ago. It is a family run business and attending the studio makes me feel part of a community. Professional but friendly training and nutritional advice tailored to your individual needs and even taking into account how you are performing on the day. I am always pushed hard but never harder than I can manage safely. I will always train here as I know that if I do as I am told I will stay in shape at a reasonable price.
Nish you get on my nerves but you are 100% a great PT! You kick my arse and have developed successful meal plans and training programs to get me in shape post baby no.3 and for my wedding! Always available to push me when having a bad day/week/month! Love Rash’s Facebook food posts, cheer me up and helps.

Having had 2 children in the past 4 years, I was desperate to shift the last 10 pounds of baby weight. It seemed that dieting alone couldn't move the dreaded "mummy tummy". After 3 months I am what I call back to normal! Back to my pre-baby weight and actual fitting clothes. I lost nearly 10 pounds! But MOST IMPORTANTLY LOST 4 1/2 INCHES FROM MY STOMACH. Nishan listened to my goals and tailored PT accordingly. At first it was really hard as I was so unfit but quickly I improved and I saw results. This spurred me on. The sessions are varied, interesting and effective. I never would have pushed myself if I was doing it alone in a gym. In particular my core is the most improved area and I felt really great to go on holiday this year and be on the beach. Nishan also helped with diet and although you think it would be fairly obvious, he was able to give advice around my lifestyle and daily schedule.

I have dropped 2 dress sizes and lost 1.5 stones. Rob doesn't wear dresses but has dropped a good 2 stone and looks like mini Schwarzenegger!! We thoroughly enjoy our 3 weekly sessions and have learned more than just how to stay fit - nutritional advice and general health chit chat has been invaluable. HOWEVER, of equal importance is the friendships made. Rashmi and Nishan are now friends not just personal trainers even if they can be whip-wielding at times!!! TRY IT AND LOVE IT!

Having Nish as a personal trainer has been fantastic. The results I have got over the past 2 years have been unbelievable, due to hard work, determination and having someone constantly in your ear pushing you beyond your capabilities. One to one personal training is great because I got the support I needed to push that one extra rep and run that one extra mile, because I know that if I was training on my own or at a local gym I would have given up far too easily. The best thing about it was that it never got boring, it was always different exercises to make sure I WANTED to come back for the next session. Whatever my goal was, be it to lose weight or to gain some muscle, through Nish’s knowledge and know how, I reached my targets…….and I’m still going!!
