So this was my first HIIT (high intensity interval training) based session this year. IT WAS HARD!!! I prefer these workouts for fat loss and cardio and they’re not as boring as 30-45mins on a treadmill. I did each of the exercises in order with no breaks and stopping later on in the rounds to stop start to catch my breath. In total I did 5 rounds with 2-3mins break between each round. Here are the exercises.
4xpush & pull on sled
10 Close grip pull ups
10 Press Ups
15 Hanging knee tucks
30sec Plank knees in
30 sec Plank
I’ve filmed one round for you guys to see what it looks like. If you want to try this just replace some of the exercises with one’s you can do or reduce the reps or time. For example replace the sled with short sprints instead.
I will try and get a push and pull workout filmed for you guys as well.
