Congratulations to Tamsin and Michael for completing the London Marathon yesterday!
Michael did amazingly well with only 2 weeks training and a last minute decision to do the marathon following a lengthy break with an injury. He had a great build up but unfortunately picked up the injury in Feb so just performed HIIT training to keep fitness up. Even with the setback he still managed to finish in under 4 hours.
Tamsin also hit a PB on the London Marathon and did a fantastic job considering she has been hitting her weight loss goals and also working and doing uni assignments.
