These have no added sugar and make a great breakfast as they contain carbs for energy and fruit/grains for fibre. I would advise eating with an extra source of protein though to keep you fuller for longer.
Otherwise perfect for a snack or if you fancy cake/bread just reach for one of these as an healthier alternative 😉
Ingredients: 2 bananas 2.5 cup oats 2 eggs 1 cup Greek yoghurt 1.5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 0.5 tsp baking soda 2 tbs honey
Method: Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into cupcake liners. Bake for around 20 mins at 200 degrees or until golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clear.
