Our 30 minute express personal training sessions are perfect for people short on time. So if you’re a mum with children or a busy business owner and you struggle to get your training sessions in, this is the perfect option for you. Just like our normal personal training sessions, we keep the same high standard; just because this is more affordable and a shorter option doesn't mean we will be cutting any corners. The sessions are fast and demanding! All sessions are charged in four week blocks and start from £110. For more details on pricing please contact us.
For the course you would receive a specialised plan for your goals which includes:-
A gym training plan for times you may need to do more outside sessions
A personalised nutrition plan based on your goals and measurements
Measurements and/or bodyfat taken every 2 weeks
Evaluation of current eating habits
All the above would be adjusted monthly as necessary
Everyone who joins also gets invited to our free private Facebook group for support, recipes, training ideas and any questions you may have.
